"We desire to see Our Saviour Evangelical Free Church become a church of small groups.  We see small groups as central to our practice of community life and discipleship. 

Our hope is that every person who calls Our Saviour their home is connected in significant transformational relationships.  Our small groups serve the front-line responsibilities of care, instruction, fellowship and service to the body of Christ.  Small groups are a place where people discover and utilize their spiritual gifts for the glory of God.  We see small groups as the primary place where people’s lives are transformed in the context of authentic, accountable and nurturing relationships.  

Ultimately, they are our principle method for accomplishing ministry and assuring everyone is cared for."
